Susie Boals

Hello – my name is Susie Boals, and I have been the librarian at EDS since 2008.  I’m originally from Cincinnati, Ohio and lived in Memphis, Tennessee before moving to Southern Pines more than 20 years ago.  I love my job, especially helping children find books that they love to read or have read to them!  Do you know that the EDS library has almost 7000 books?  A new program that the library has started is a book exchange.  Students can bring books they no longer want to the Media Center and trade them for books other students have donated.  I’m glad EDS students are excited about reading, and I look forward to seeing you on campus!
